How do I request a company service?
Use the Request a Quote page or contact us by email or WhatsApp with a short project brief.
How is a consultation confirmed?
Select an available time. The request is reviewed first, then confirmation and a Stripe payment link are sent separately.
What is the consultation fee?
The 60-minute private consultation fee is AED 1,000.
Can I upload information or files?
After submitting your booking request, you can use the secure Consultation File Upload page to send the required information and files.
How do I receive an e-book after purchase?
After successful payment, the file appears under Downloads in My Account. The product page states the download limit and expiry period.
Are consultations a substitute for professional advice?
No. Interpretive consultations do not replace legal, medical, financial or psychological advice.
