These terms govern use of fare7.net and services offered by Fare 7 – F.Z.E. By placing a request, booking or order, you agree to the applicable proposal and these terms.

Company services

Scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, revisions and payment milestones for marketing, design, software and consulting projects are defined in the accepted proposal or written confirmation. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate fee and timeline.

Consultation bookings

A booking request is not confirmed until reviewed and accepted. The current fee for a 60-minute private consultation is AED 1,000. Where required, a Stripe payment link is sent separately after review.

Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, lawful materials, timely feedback and any permissions needed for supplied names, trademarks, media or data. Delays caused by missing information may affect delivery dates.

Specialist consultation disclaimer

Astrological, name, number and timing consultations are interpretive and advisory. Outcomes are not guaranteed and the service is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, psychological or other regulated professional advice. Decisions remain your responsibility.

Intellectual property

Pre-existing tools, methods, software components and know-how remain the property of their respective owners. Rights in final custom deliverables transfer only as stated in the proposal and after all related fees are paid. Drafts and unused concepts remain protected.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, submit unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorised access or use services for deceptive or harmful purposes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Any aggregate liability relating to a specific paid service is limited to the amount paid for that service, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Governing framework

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the competent jurisdiction associated with the company’s registration, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
